Done, will be released in 2.0.368. It will be possible to add Flow Spec formatted filtering rules using fields:
source_asns - list of source ASNs, non RFC compliant addition
destination_asns - list of destination ASNs, non RFC compliant addition

It can be implemented using logic in Flow Spec based whitelist by adding "fake" source and destination ASN fields
It's not here yet but very likely it will be done that way
